ABOUT US
R-1 Snow Removal, Inc. has been clearing the way in Truckee for seven years. Our roots however, date back to 1993 when we began as an earthwork and underground construction company. Realizing the need for a local, dedicated commercial snow removal contractor, we formed R-1 in 2002. Since then we have grown to a fleet of over ten snow management machines to include front end loaders, snow blowers, pick-ups with plows, sanders, backhoes, dump trucks, and motor graders. All of our equipment is late model, reliable, and well-maintained.
We are long-time Truckee locals and understand the challenges that winter presents. We specialize in roadway and commercial clearing and are dedicated to maintaining safe travelways within our community.
